More about our brand
We are a 3 generation family of fishermen who have enjoyed participating in many fisheries over the years. The family started fishing on a 32’ wooden boat. Now we fish on a 58-foot limit seiner and everyone in the family continues to fish during the summers. We fish for halibut, salmon of all species, and tanner crab.
Mythos refers to a body of stories that arise out of the adventures we’ve had fishing and exploring the North Gulf Coast of Kodiak Island over the past fifty years as a fishing family. These adventures shape who we are. They take on a mythological character as the stories are repeatedly told. Through our participation in fishing, we become characters in a mythology.
